Larry is Spangler, Jennings and Dougherty's most experienced business and commercial attorney. For over thirty years, he has represented the interests of sole proprietors, partnerships and corporations in a variety of contexts including business formation, transactions, contract formation and litigation, creditor rights enforcement, workouts, foreclosures and taxation issues.

Biographical Description

Having been born in Hammond, Larry is a lifelong resident of Northwest Indiana and has his finger on the pulse of what it takes to do business in Northwest Indiana. He has dedicated his professional life to guiding the businesses of Northwest Indiana and the entire State of Indiana through the full range of legal issues faced in commercial contexts. Larry has the experience to assist his clients in business formation including choosing the proper business form and bringing the business entity into existence. He is also equipped to assist his clients in meeting their continuing legal obligations. Larry assists his clients in all types of business transactions including contract drafting, interpretation, and litigation if necessary. He can also aid his commercial clients in asserting the full measure of their rights as creditors whether it be in the context of a workout, foreclosure, or the protection of interests in a bankruptcy. Larry is also prepared to assist his clients in planning for the future by counseling them in matters of probate and trusts.
