Bob is head of our Worker’s Compensation Litigation Department. In addition to worker’s compensation law, Bob’s practice is also concentrated in civil litigation and trial work. In practice since 1995, Bob completed the Indiana Civil Mediation training in 2005. Attorney Hawk recently obtained a defense verdict in Federal Court on behalf of a national trucking client. Biography

Bob is a life long resident of Northwest Indiana. In 1995, Bob joined his father in practice at Spangler, Jennings & Dougherty, P.C. Since 1998, a substantial portion of Bob’s practice has been dedicated to worker’s compensation law. Bob heads our Worker’s Compensation Litigation Department, defending employers and worker’s compensation insurance carriers and also representing injured workers. Bob’s practice is also concentrated in civil litigation and trial work, including defending people or companies that have been sued and representing people who have been injured. In 2005, he completed the Indiana Civil Mediation training and is available to serve as a mediator in litigated cases. Bob and his family reside in Munster, Indiana and are active in Lake County’s special education and autism communities.
